We expect you to be respectful and have a sense decorum. We are open to discuss and review some of the particulars, but there are some ground rules that must be taken into account: you should be responsible for the space you use and the way you use it, you should keep it clean and tidy; we are happy to share some of what is ours as long as it discussed previously; noise during the night should be kept to a minimum on a regular basis, although we can negotiate for other arrangements.
